Partner Experience Manager

Barobo is in a high-growth stage and is seeking a Partner Experience Manager, based at its main office in Davis, CA. In this role you will build engagement and success through interactions with teachers, principals, and district administrators, as well as provide on-site and remote customer support and demos. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of Davis, CA, where Barobo’s main office is located, or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, including district administrators, math directors, STEM directors, and principals Act as a trusted advisor to educators, providing insights and solutions that enhance educational practices and outcomes Provide support for schools and school districts using Barobo curriculum and products Respond to inquiries from schools, school districts, and teachers, make recommendations, prepare quotes, and follow up on quotes, orders, and licenses Provide administrative support to schools and districts for RoboPlay competitions Provide administrative support to teachers enrolled in the Barobo Computer Science Supplementary Teaching Credential Authorization program Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded Manage social media platforms and channels Perform other related duties as assigned in a team environment Requirements 1+ years of experience in K-12 teaching and/or administration (teaching experience in math and/or computer science preferred), or 1+ years in K-12 education or edtech sales Bachelor’s degree in education, business, math, CS, or related field Strong understanding of educational technology, curriculum needs, and challenges facing educational institutions Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong administrative skills and verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suite Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to change Strong sense of urgency with a bias towards action Located within commuting distance of Barobo’s Davis, CA office, or willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr Barobo, Inc.
