HP Retail Sales Representative

Job Overview Become a part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy 347 in Lafayette, LA. Pay is $16.00 per hour with up to 15 hours per week, preferably on Saturdays and Sundays. Flexible Friday options may be available. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demos to their needs. Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Train store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales and competitive insights. Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and recommend products. Provide information on products and services to help customers make selections. Accurately document and report sales. Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals. Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
