This ambulatory surgery center is part of a well-respected health system and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with a diverse range of outpatient surgical specialties. The facility boasts a large and experienced anesthesia care team, including over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians, providing an excellent professional support network in a high-quality, fast-paced setting.

Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Anesthesia

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of outpatient surgical specialties including total hips and knees, plastic, sports medicine, ortho, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care to patients of all ages and A.S.A. classes, including geriatric and pediatric populations
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Travel to other ambulatory sites when needed
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers
• Board Certified CRNA required – no exceptions
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience required (not including RN or training)
• Clean malpractice and license history required
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
