Opportunity: Advanced Practitioners – Other Specialties Job Details Work in an ambulatory setting providing evaluation and care for urology patients in a newly created men's health facility Monday through Friday schedule with no call required Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including urologists specializing in general urology, andrology, stones, and urologic cancers Opportunity to gain additional experience in cardiology, endocrinology, or bariatric medicine for interested practitioners Initiate patient care meetings with the healthcare team to revise plans of care as patient conditions warrant Participate in total quality management to positively affect patient and system outcomes Potential coverage of nearby practice locations Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut Certification or eligibility for certification as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an APRN required Experience in men's health, urology, or men's sexual dysfunction preferred Comprehensive onboarding with supportive ongoing mentorship provided Access to state‑of‑the‑art clinical and informatics technology including EPIC EMR CME, professional society membership, licensure, and malpractice reimbursement available Generous paid time off and matching 401k with tiered medical, dental, and vision plans Compensation Employed salary with benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAS HealthCare
