A stable, well-known specialty clinic in Mesa is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedic, Neurology, and Pain Management team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday Friday outpatient role with strong earning potential, excellent clinicians, experienced support staff, and exposure to a high-demand specialty patient population.

Compensation includes a $130,000 $180,000 base salary plus bonus potential , with some providers earning $200,000+ annually .

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2 3 years of orthopedic, neurology, pain management, spine, PM&R, urgent care, primary care, or related APP experience are preferred.

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions
• Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment plan reviews
• Assist with management of acute and chronic pain conditions
• Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and clinical findings
• Support non-operative orthopedic and spine care
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, procedures, and follow-up care
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support continuity of care in a team-based specialty clinic setting

What We re Looking For

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
• NP or PA certification, as applicable
• Interest in orthopedic, neurology, spine, and pain management care
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• New graduates welcome
• 2 3 years of relevant APP experience preferred
