Job Responsibilities:
- Internal and external meeting scheduling, development, and coordination
- Documentation and tracking for internal and external meetings
- Management of executive reporting including presentation development and coordination of deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Project management support of special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership
- Other as directed by executive leadership
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Project Management
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience. -Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
- 5-7 years of experience
