Business Development Representative

Insight Global is looking for a customer-focused Business Development Representative to support customers through utility program enrollment and the incentive claims process. In this role, you will help identify program eligibility, guide customers through required steps, maintain accurate records, and move qualified customers through the incentive claims pipeline before handing them off to Home Energy Consultants (HECs). Preference is for candidates based in Northern California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer outreach, process coordination, and helping customers navigate complex programs with clarity and confidence.

Compensation: $20 hr to $21/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
