Position Summary The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities at all times. This role ensures all employees (GMT/GMIT, Shift Managers, Shift Leaders, Team Leaders, and Crew Persons) perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. Essential Functions Consistently provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction. Continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees. Maximize financial performance and profit. Ensure business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with company policies and procedures. Model and encourage company shared values. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external management. Attend training to remain current on industry trends. Participate in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements. Position Qualifications / Core Competencies High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess at least 3 years of experience/education that demonstrates commanding knowledge of restaurant operations, preferably in QSR. Basic computer knowledge. Financial/analytical aptitude, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management experience. Excellent planning and time management skills. Team‑building skills. Investigative and problem‑solving skills. Bi‑lingual skills are a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and implement process‑improvement strategies with positive business results. Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information. Work Environment Fast‑paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters. Physical Demands Stand for long periods of time. Bend and stoop. Work around heat. Able to lift 50–75 lbs. comfortably. Work with various cleaning products.
