About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing critical support and resources to those affected by a serious and complex form of medical child abuse. The successful candidate will be a strategic builder with a growth mindset, responsible for program oversight, financial growth, and operations. This pivotal role involves managing multi-focused programs, supervising financial health, and overseeing day-to-day remote operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic leadership, team management, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Professional qualifications for the Executive Director include a deep passion for the organization's mission, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in fundraising and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' of senior-level nonprofit management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong background in working with vulnerable or traumatized populations. The role requires a visionary leader who can enhance brand awareness, deepen stakeholder relations, and provide high-level oversight of programmatic quality. The Executive Director will be expected to design and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy, manage the Foundation's budget, and partner with the Board of Directors for transparent financial reporting.
