Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $43+ per hour

Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Cape May, New Jersey. Specialty: Hospice | Discipline: RN | Duration: Ongoing | Employment Type: Staff 7 nights on / 7 Nights Off, Full time pay and Benefits! Location Homointments: Hospice office located in Linwood, NJ. Services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Atlantic and Cape May counties. Schedule and Hours On call is 5pm-8:30 am Mon-Thur and Fri 5pm - Mon 8:30am. EVERY OTHER WEEK. 26 weeks a year. Responsibilities Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care. Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. Performing client assessments as necessary. Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends. Qualifications A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ. A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
