Maintenance Coordinator

Managing maintenance operations and capital improvement projects remotely, the contracted Senior Maintenance Coordinator will oversee all aspects of maintenance requests, vendor management, and homeowner communication to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key responsibilities: Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance Manage capital improvement projects and emergency restoration efforts, developing timelines and monitoring progress Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and vendors, providing updates and translating contractor estimates Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, project coordination, or property management Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
