This full-time, on-site Office Manager role is based in Kersey, PA. The Office Manager oversees daily office operations, including coordinating administrative workflows, managing correspondence, organizing files and records, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The role includes supporting accounting and finance activities such as processing invoices, preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with payroll and expense tracking. The Office Manager also helps coordinate schedules and meetings, supports HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation, and communicates with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient and professional office operations. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the office organized and running smoothly.

• Strong administrative and office management skills, including organization, scheduling, and records management.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools) and basic data entry and reporting.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping capabilities (e.g., handling invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding documentation and maintaining employee files is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety or regulatory compliance in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
• Prior office management or administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or food equipment industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
