Clinical Pharmacist

This opportunity calls for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services within a well-established healthcare system in Cleveland, OH. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in sterile compounding and IV room activities
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy for patients
Utilize the EPIC system for documentation and medication management
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Monitor patient outcomes and provide clinical interventions as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Georgia OH license required
Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Days/evenings

Contract Details:

3-6 month assignment
Local candidates preferred; however, candidates open to travel may be considered
