Job DescriptionLeidos is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead cutting-edge engineering efforts within the Undersea Systems Division. Must have a current Secret clearance.Preferred Experience:Applicable experience in the industry may be possible in lieu of a degreeOver 10 years leading design, development, and integration of complex subsea maritime systemsExperience with UUVs, deployed subsea systems, and underwater payloadsExperience with manufacturing processes and procedure developmentExperience with underwater acousticsProven track record in product manufacturing and transitioning designs to productionFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 and quality-focused engineering processesExposure to DoD program execution, including contract, financial, and subcontractor management.SUBSEAMSSIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
