Academic Success Coach - 2 Positions

Serve as the primary point of contact for students from matriculation through graduation. Provide seamless, student-centered support across the entire enrollment and academic journey. Conduct proactive outreach, degree planning, and academic coaching to promote student persistence, retention, and success. Support students in navigating University policies and systems, connect them to resources. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators across departments for personalized guidance. Conduct work in a collaborative environment with remote, hybrid, or in-person options. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in a professional setting, such as advising, counseling, admissions, tutoring, education, or customer service. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate students. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to interpret and explain academic policies and degree requirements. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication technologies (e.g., Zoom). Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and FERPA compliance. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing student needs. For remote/hybrid work: reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dedicated, private workspace that meets confidentiality requirements.
