Registered Client Service Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, process required forms and develop good relationships with existing clients. They should be comfortable in a team environment supporting an elevated, planning-centric client experience and contributing to the firm's success. Responsibilities Detailed client management, answering and responsding to client inquiries and account requests. Process new account documents, account transfers, beneficiary updates, money movement processing, investment buys and sells. Maintain reecords to ensure complienace with firm and regulatory standards. Work with team to achieve firm's goals. Requirements Active Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or willing to obtain within 6 months 3+ years of client service experience in wealth management or financial advising Highly relational, organized and able to follow processes and improve on them Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM.
