Operations Manager

Summary The Operations Manager will support the Store Director in overseeing operational and administrative functions to increase store turnover and ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and stock organization standards. The role focuses on inventory control, back-office processes, team supervision and execution of HQ-defined action plans. The Operations Manager will help maintain the store image and drive operational KPIs. Responsibilities Ensure correct rotation of goods in the warehouse and maintain stock organization Prepare the annual inventory, investigate discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions Control monthly turning inventories and implement specific action plans Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and the Store Director Support Store leadership to ensure sales staff reach KPI targets Ensure the store image meets corporate standards and staff awareness of those standards Manage delicate customer complaint situations and related back-office processes Support creation, supervision and management of the store team, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security and tailor Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience managing stock and administrative tasks Proven managerial experience leading a team of three or more Strong interpersonal skills and persuasiveness Commitment to participating in innovative projects and driving operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
