Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, effectively utilizing diagnostic tools to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, addressing clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring a convenient and accessible platform for clients unable to attend in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, providing ongoing support and adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and documentation.
• A compassionate, empathic approach, enabling you to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a private practice setting, particularly providing teletherapy services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adapt approaches based on client needs.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
