Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their ER team, providing exceptional patient care with initiative, flexibility, and responsibility.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for:
Providing patient care in an emergency setting with minimal supervision Safely, rapidly, and accurately triaging patients Communicating effectively with physicians regarding patient status Cross-training in other nursing departments as needed Floating to Med Surg if required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Current California RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI) Ability to pass a nursing medication test Proficiency in English, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and the public Basic computer skills Need 2 years experience in setting
