Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? TC Hooligans is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, building great teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate our front-of-house team
- Hire, train, coach, and develop staff
- Ensure outstanding guest service every shift
- Manage shifts and daily operations
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization
- Help drive sales while controlling costs
- Jump in wherever needed and lead by example
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
- Experience with scheduling and restaurant operations is a plus
