Our assisted living facility, Quail Run, is looking for two dedicated, patient, and motivated individuals to join our team.

This position supports residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitors health and well-being, ensures safety, and promotes dignity, independence, and meaningful engagement. Come be part of a community where you work truly matters!

Pay range, depending on experience: $17.00 - $21.25 per hour with shift differential when applicable.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure they remain within residents' reach.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, set-up, feeding, and clean-up.
• Support residents with mobility, positioning, transfers, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly to the Team Leader or licensed nurse.

Requirements

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current Heimlich maneuver training.
• First Aid certification and Food Handler's card within 120 days of hire.
• Demonstrated understanding of resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Preferred:

• Prior caregiving experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
• Basic computer or electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
