Job Summary The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial analyses. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, this position will support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while providing analysis and recommendations to drive business performance. This role is designed for an experienced, hands-on financial professional who can quickly become a subject matter expert. The FP&A Analyst will partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality analysis, maintain financial models, and enhance planning tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
