Position Title: Customer Service & Client Specialist
Location: Mobile, AL 36618

Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain (within 60-days of hire), an active Alabama Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer Insurance License as a condition of employment

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Client Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to existing clients by managing accounts, processing policy changes, answering customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships. This role focuses on client satisfaction, account retention, and identifying opportunities to meet customers' insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues efficiently.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage based on customer needs.
Support daily agency operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

Active Alabama Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License, or willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service or insurance experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with computers and insurance management systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
