You'll create a welcoming, well-organized, and delicious breakfast experience that helps guests start their morning feeling cared for and energized.Responsibilities include:Greeting guests warmly and creating a friendly breakfast atmospherePreparing, cooking, and replenishing hot and cold breakfast items according to brand standardsSetting up the breakfast area prior to service and ensuring attractive presentationMaintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsMonitoring food levels and communicating inventory needsKeeping the breakfast and kitchen areas clean, organized, and well-stockedBreaking down and resetting the breakfast area after serviceSafely operating and cleaning kitchen equipmentWhat We're Looking ForAvailability for early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM), including weekends and holidaysA friendly, service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in interacting with guestsAbility to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25lbs throughout the shiftPrior food service or hospitality experience preferredFood Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hireStrong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and organizationDependable attendance and punctuality, essential for timely breakfast serviceAbility to work independently while collaborating with hotel team membersWhy Darling Hospitality?Because even the smallest moments, like a warm greeting and a well-prepared breakfast make a lasting impression.
