Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. The OT will evaluate functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life. Collaborating closely with nursing, rehab, and medical teams, you’ll treat both short-term rehab and long-term care residents, document in the EMR, educate families and caregivers, and contribute to discharge planning.
