Test Operator

Test Operator Opportunity - Camarillo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Test Operator for a full-time opportunity.

Location: Camarillo, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hour DOE

Schedule:

• October-May: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• June-September: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• Overtime required as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electronic testing using various test equipment and software-driven test systems
• Connect and test multiple electronic assemblies and products
• Assemble cable harnesses and support production testing activities
• Operate test equipment, including flying probe, ICT, and other electronic test systems as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, test procedures, and mechanical drawings
• Verify product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications
• Follow ESD, ISO, and quality standards
• Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or electronics manufacturing
• Ability to use and understand readings from a multimeter
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to read and understand testing instructions and technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and speak English
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and use both hands throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
