Weather Shield Roofing Systems is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. In this combined role, you will inspect, evaluate, and document roof conditions while also leading crews on commercial roofing projects from start to finish. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of commercial roofing systems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead commercial roofing crews on repairs, maintenance, and reroofing projects
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Weather Shield standards
• Conduct roof inspections and assessments
• Identify repair needs and develop practical solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
• Support production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure project success

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roofing, including a leadership role (Foreman or Lead Technician)
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and manage job sites effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify roofing defects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with inspection tools and software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to safety and accident prevention on every job site

Preferred

• Experience performing roof inspections and assessments
• Estimating experience
• Experience servicing & inspecting multiple commercial roofing systems
