Under direction of the Guest Services and Security Manager, the Part Time Event Staff members primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Provide the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area* Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures, and event requirements* Provide access control, crowd management, and ensure the venue is safe for guests* Operate the elevator with professionalism and courtesy* Maintain restricted and barricaded areas for security purposes* Assist entering patrons into the facility and scan all tickets for events* Assist entering patrons into parking areas and collect admission**Skills and Abilities*** Ability to understand and follow instructions* Ability to work with minimum supervision and understand verbal and written instructions* Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills* Must be a team player and work well with others* Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule**Physical Demands*** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
