Assistant Chief Information Officer

Salary: $184,968.42 - 298,804.74 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• We prefer a masters degree in a relevant field.
• We require seven years of progressive, senior-level experience in information technology, business management, administration, or operations with increasing scope, responsibility, and organizational influence.
• We require at least three years of direct supervisory and managerial experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams, including hiring, performance management, professional development, and labor relations in a complex environment.
• We prefer advanced professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• We are seeking an executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills, political awareness, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• We value demonstrated experience in staff development, mentorship, project and program management, service delivery excellence, process improvement, and succession planning.
