Shape the future of cancer care as a Founding Hematologist Oncologist with the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Hematology/Ocology Team in Longview, TX. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional multidisciplinary cancer care and participate in clinical research. Providers will join an established physician-led multispecialty group and practice within advanced facilities, including CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Hospital and a brand-new comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center opening in Fall 2026. Practice Info Primarily operate out of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center (once operational in 2026) Cancer Treatment Center features 32 infusion chairs overlooking a green park and healing garden, 18 exam rooms, and an on-site lab Center equipped with two LINACs, a dedicated theragnostic delivery area, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and a PET Scanner Physician-led multispecialty group with over 215 providers across the region Dedicated hospital medicine team with a closed ICU and oncology as a consult-only service Robust APC support to optimize clinical care Responsibilities Deliver multidisciplinary cancer care with an anticipated 20% hematology and 80% oncology focus Participate in clinical research opportunities Compensation Two-Year Guarantee starting at $750,000 plus production Sign on Bonus $100,000 No state income tax Benefits Malpractice with tail coverage CME allowance Retirement with employer match Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Paid time away from practice Shift & Schedule Full Time Position Call: Shared Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (preferred, not required) Must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas H-1B sponsorship available
