DescriptionManager Nursing - Psych Adolescent at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. Position: Full‑Time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift. Sign‑on bonus $10,000 for eligible external candidates. Responsibilities Lead 24/7 operations of defined unit(s) and ensure quality of care delivered. Establish an environment where healing and wellness are optimized and core values of the organization are realized for patients and caregivers. Guide care delivery through strong caregiver engagement, wise use of resources, and compassionate accountability. Assemble, develop, and lead teams of caregivers in a complex and changing environment. Establish and sustain collaborative inter‑professional relationships in service to Providence Health & Services strategic plans. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire; National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association); five years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles. Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field; coursework and training in management, finance, and other administrative subjects; National certification from a recognized professional organization in a clinical expertise area; management experience.
