Description Christus St. Vincent's Center for Healthy Aging is seeking a physician to provide full-time outpatient care to an elderly patient population. At the center for healthy ageing, care is guided by the 4M framework: Mentation, Medications, Mobility, and What Matters, ensuring a patient-centered approach that prioritizes the key factors impacting quality of life for older adults. The physician will offer preventive screenings and management of chronic conditions such as dementia, osteoarthritis, and urinary incontinence, while conducting exams, ordering tests, diagnosing conditions, developing and managing individualized treatment plans. Practice Highlights Monday-Friday eight-hour day work schedule, or four days per week, ten-hour days Primary Care call rotation, limited to telephone call only.
