Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where you will provide life-saving care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in hospital ICUs where RNs work closely with critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support.

Minimum 2 years of experience required. COVID Vaccine - Required. ACLS, BLS AHA Required. NIHSS Required. Coordinates the delivery of nursing care for critically ill, post-operative, ventilator, post cardiac arrest, post heart cath, hemodynamic stabilization and other critically ill patients in the units.
