Night Shift Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical-surgical care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Apply the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups, including infants to geriatrics.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress thoroughly, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Maintain clinical competencies and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans and respond to patient needs effectively.
• Demonstrate good judgment, compassion, and professionalism in a busy hospital setting.
• Utilize electronic medical records and other computer software to manage patient information efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state or compact nursing license.
• Have a minimum of two years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic medical records software.
• Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to varied shifts.
