Emergency Veterinary Associate Supervisor

Veterinary Emergency Associate Supervisor Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as an Emergency Associate Supervisor. This role is ideal for an ECC doctor who enjoys practicing high-quality emergency medicine, mentoring other doctors, and helping shape the growth and consistency of a busy emergency and specialty hospital. This position combines clinical emergency work with direct leadership of our ECC and Urgent Care associate doctors. The right candidate will bring strong emergency experience, sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a genuine interest in supporting the professional growth of others. About the Role As the Emergency Associate Supervisor, you will: Practice emergency medicine as part of our ECC team Provide direct supervision and support to ECC and Urgent Care associate doctors Help guide clinical standards, communication, workflow, and team expectations Participate in administrative meetings with hospital leadership and direct reports Support doctor onboarding, mentorship, performance development, and ongoing education Partner with specialists, nursing leadership, and hospital leadership to strengthen patient care and team collaboration Balance ECC floor shifts with dedicated administrative time This is a strong opportunity for an experienced emergency doctor who is ready to grow into, or continue growing in, a leadership role while staying closely connected to clinical medicine.
