Job Title: Maintenance Technician

**Pay: **$31 - $34 per hour (Direct Hire)

**Hours: **1st shift: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be essential in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production equipment and facilities. You'll work closely with our skilled maintenance team to troubleshoot issues, execute repairs, and implement improvement projects that keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing mechanical maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on hydraulic systems, to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Conducting electrical repairs and troubleshooting for systems up to 480 volts, including diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Repairing and servicing transformers and other electrical components as needed.
• Executing maintenance repairs on CNC machinery and other production equipment to prevent downtime.
• Managing small to medium-sized facility maintenance projects to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Documenting maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair history for accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, especially in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills for systems up to 480 volts.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications or licenses related to maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Euclid, Ohio and offers an on-site 1st shift schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
