Bridon Industries is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll build high-quality hydraulic products using assembly drawings, work instructions, and a variety of hand and power tools. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble hydraulic components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and Bills of Material (BOM).
• Gather parts, tools, and materials needed to complete assigned work orders.
• Inspect and verify completed assemblies through measurements, testing, and visual inspection.
• Learn to safely operate hydraulic test equipment to verify product performance.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to supervisors and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Help maintain equipment through routine care and reporting maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory by reporting low stock levels of parts and supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, mechanical repair, or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience reading blueprints or mechanical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers.
• Experience with hydraulic or mechanical assemblies.
