Quality Technician Job Description The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring that products meet established standards and regulations. This position involves hands-on testing, inspection, and support for quality processes across the factory floor. Primary Responsibilities Test & Inspect Products : Operate and maintain gauges, test equipment, and machines to verify product quality. Support Quality Engineers : Assist engineers and managers in resolving customer and supplier quality issues. Conduct Risk Assessments : Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Perform Visual Inspections : Review incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Evaluate & Record Data : Document results from test procedures and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement. Technical Skills Attention to Detail : Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in inspections. Basic Computer Literacy : Competence in using digital tools for data entry and reporting. Effective Communication : Clear and professional interaction with engineers, managers, and suppliers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
