What You'll Do

• Provide critical nursing care for adult ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Manage complex patient conditions such as hemorrhagic shock, sepsis, ARDS, stroke, and intracranial hypertension
• Perform specialized procedures including ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, mechanical ventilation, CRRT, and vasopressor titration
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and patient deterioration
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or applicable state
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
