Senior Maintenance TechnicianThe University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and functionality of facilities, utility systems, and building infrastructure that support patient care, research, and operational excellence.The Senior Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across multiple building systems and craft disciplines. The Senior Maintenance Technician collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The Senior Maintenance Technician also supports ongoing process improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts throughout UT MD Anderson.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance or construction experience, with working knowledge of HVAC systems. Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) is a plus.
