Hidden Talents ABA is looking for a dedicated Center Director to lead our center-based team in Atlanta, GA! Hidden Talents ABA is focused on identifying our client’s unique interests and building on the strengths of our clients to create a fun and supportive therapeutic environment. Come join our team!
Applicants must have an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Applicants must be local, or willing to relocate, to the Atlanta, GA area. *Relocation assistance available!*
The Center Director is responsible for the mentorship and direction of assigned BCBAs and RBTs, as well as assisting with assessment, development, and maintenance of behavior-analytic treatment programs. As a member of this innovative team, you will have an integral part in establishing and maintaining best practices, building team culture, and pursuing clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily clinical operations of Hidden Talents ABA center-based clients and staff
• Assist with initial assessment for new clients and families, to include but not limited to Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Support BCBAs in the development and maintenance of client behavior intervention plans and treatment programs via graphic analysis and maintenance of medical records.
• Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to treatment team of BCBAs and behavior technicians
• Assist in upholding Hidden Talents ABA center-based policies and procedures
• Collaborate with clients’ caregivers to provide ongoing training and education related to their child’s ABA treatment.
• Deliver monthly clinical trainings for center-based staff (BCBAs, RBTs)
• Ensuring site compliance with HTABA policies and procedures.
• Support tasks associated with daily operations (may include but not limited to coordinating cleaning, service appointments, managing supplies, etc.).
Required Experience:
• Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
•Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing with the BACB.
•Experience implementing and developing behavior-analytic programs
•Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Competitive Compensation:
• Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year.
