A Quality Facility Services has provided contract janitorial services and floor/carpet care since 2003. At AQFS we pride ourselves on our culture and accountability for both good and bad behavior. Job Purpose:
Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building
Duties
- Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces and trim)
- Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- May potentially buff floors in some facilities
- Clean rugs and mats
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUST be able to pass background check
