ATMC Cu Plate Equipment Technician

Primary Responsibilities: Must have experience or knowledge in at least one of the following tool types: Semitool Millennium Platers, DNS/SCREEN Scrubbers 80B and EX tools and/or Novellus Sabre Platers. LAM Da Vinci, TEL Antares. Daily tasks will include identifying and managing all parts, assemblies and calibration instruments required for PM activities primarily for the Novellus Sabre Plate tools, LAM Da Vinci tools, DNS/SCREEN scrubbers and other critical equipment. This role will focus on optimizing PM activities, PM Kitting and ensuring that the WSS procedures are well written and updated based on feedback from the technicians and tool owners. Monitors, maintains, and performs a variety of repairs on semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment to insure uninterrupted production flow. Provides technical support in the form of troubleshooting, diagnostics, adjustments, repair, modifications, assembly and calibration of equipment according to specifications, blueprints, manuals or written instructions. Performs routine electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for common area faults and issues Uses structured troubleshooting skills to diagnose root cause and appropriate permanent fixes. Maintains accurate logs of work performed, modifications, calibrations, and adjustments.
