Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. This position provides comprehensive primary care while working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary team, with flexible shift and workweek options available.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Practice At Two Nearby Outpatient Locations In Fitchburg And Leominster
• Flexible 8, 10 Or 12-Hour Shifts
• Choice Of 3, 4 Or 5-Day Workweek Schedules
• Up To 36 Clinical Hours Per Week
• Phone-Only Call Rotation
• No Routine Nights Or Weekends
• Collaborative Physician Support
• New Graduates Encouraged To Apply

COMPENSATION
• $110,000-$132,000 Base Salary
• Quarterly Incentive With Up To $20,000 Annual Bonus Opportunity

SCHEDULE

• Phone-Only Call Rotation

• Work Alongside Physicians And A Multidisciplinary Team
• Participate In Phone-Only Call Rotation

Requirements
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Massachusetts License Or Eligibility To Obtain Massachusetts Licensure REQUIRED
• DEA Registration Or Ability To Obtain DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Primary Care REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice At Both Fitchburg And Leominster Outpatient Locations REQUIRED
