We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department. Job Summary As a RN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising and coordinating and leading shift report to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. You will also develop and implement care plans, monitor resident outcomes, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
