Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting
BridgeBio Pharma
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Senior Analyst for SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to support quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles. The role involves recording journal entries, preparing reconciliations, addressing technical accounting matters, and drafting sections of 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate deliverables for quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Record journal entries and prepare account reconciliations
- Analyze and conclude on technical accounting judgments
- Draft and reconcile portions of 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release documents
- Collaborate with internal business partners and support accounting operations
Requirements
- Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, or financial statement preparation
- Proficiency with journal entry recording and account reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated judgment in addressing complex accounting matters
