Job DescriptionThis role sits within the North American Technical Enablement team and is ideal for a hands-on technical professional looking to further develop expertise in Sage Intacct and related technical solutions. The Technical Solutions Specialist partners with internal teams and external partners to provide technical guidance, enablement, and implementation support while continuing to build toward expert-level capability.The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to expand both technical and functional knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is focused on strengthening technical competency, driving partner success, and supporting positive customer outcomes.The position works closely with Sales, Customer Support, Account Executives, project teams, and global colleagues to support pre-sales, implementation, post-implementation activities, and knowledge sharing across teams.This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and support for Sage Intacct functionality, integrations, and solution configurationsParticipate in partner and customer implementation projects while collaborating with senior team membersDeliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and best practice recommendations to partners and internal teamsProvide second-line implementation support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with escalation resolutionCreate and maintain technical documentation, implementation resources, and solution guidanceCollaborate with Product Management and Product Development by sharing customer and partner feedback to support ongoing product improvementsSupport partners throughout the sales, implementation, and post-go-live lifecycleIdentify potential billable opportunities while working with partners and customersMaintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, partner success, and positive NPS outcomesTechnical Focus Areas:The Technical Solutions Specialist will continue developing proficiency across key technical areas, including:Microsoft Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO)Sage Intacct PaaS integrationsREST and XML APIs• •API support, troubleshooting, and basic scriptingAuthentication methods, including tokens and credentialsData flow between integrated systemsWorkflow automation, triggers, and validation logicTechnical architecture support in partnership with senior architectsFunctional and light technical troubleshooting, including identifying configuration issues, data issues, and system limitationsSkills & Experience:2–4 years of experience delivering or supporting software solutions or implementationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesEffective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow technical expertiseExperience supporting technical escalations, integrations, or customer-facing technical issues preferredAbility to read API documentation and interpret request/response payloadsProfessional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldWorking knowledge of integrations, solution design, and implementation conceptsBasic programming or scripting knowledge preferredFoundational understanding of databases, application infrastructure, and system connectivityFamiliarity with troubleshooting methodologies and performance-related conceptsGrow toward increased independence in partner support and technical deliveryPlenty of perks:Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)$5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire dateSage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offeringsWhat it’s like to work at Sage:Careers homepage - reviews - page - #J-18808-Ljbffr Sage City
