Otherwise requires work from home (internet access, phone access and private location with no interruptionsWorks as a consulting team lead or senior technical consultant in the implementation of solutions within consulting practice areaRegularly interacts with customers and identifies additional opportunities within customer organizationsSupports pre-sales activity through the development of proposal materials, supporting sales meetings, presenting solutions and performing product demonstrations to prospective clientsProvide team functional/technical leadership, Project Management and overall internal team management assistance.Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Oracle EPM applications and business system processesDevelop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testingTransfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoringBasic Qualifications:8 Years or more implementing Oracle EPM (Hyperion) products (11.1.2.x) and solutions in a lead or manager role5 years or more implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (EPBCS and/or PBCS) and able to advise customers on EPM Cloud solutions compared to on-premise solutions, know when and why5 Years of Corporate Accounting, FP&A or Controllership experience; Excellent knowledge of financial accounting processes5 Years of Project Management experience5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016, specifically using Excel with formulas and macros, Word with RTF and HTML formatting, PowerPoint for external presentations and Outlook for email and team calendar schedulingNice to Have:Demonstrate in-depth, detailed product knowledge combined with very strong business or technical expertiseDemonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills and critical thinkingDemonstrate experience with full software lifecycle methodologyDemonstrate ability to be organized, motivated and results orientedDemonstrate strong written, presentation and communication skills and the ability to gain the confidence of business executivesDevelops EPM solutions in the Insurance industryUnderstanding of the IFRS17 regulations or work experience with insurance regulatory reportingWorking implementation knowledge of Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) and/or Data Relationship Management (DRM) are preferredWorking implementation knowledge of either FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS or TRCS are preferred, in addition to Planning and Budgeting Cloud ServiceDegree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
