Title: Store Supervisor

Reports to: Store Manager                                                                  Effective date:

Employment Status & Pay: Full-Time | Hourly                                            Starting Pay: $17/hour

Work Location: Onsite

Seat Purpose:

Lead shift-level execution by ensuring excellent customer service, staff productivity, and operational readiness during assigned shifts.

How many per store dependent on store size.

Core Accountabilities:

• Lead and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards on the floor andatPOS.
• Manage POS opening/closing and cash controls including banking.
• Deploy staff effectively to meet service and productivity needs.
• Coachassociates onservice, productivity, and standards.
• Maintain store readiness, safety, and visual standards during shifts.
• Open and/or close the store as a key holder.
• Manage schedules and breaks during assigned shifts.

Key Metrics:

• Shift-level POS variance
• Sales per labor hour (shift-level)
• Floor readiness and merchandising audits
• Customer service observations
• Attendance and turnover on assigned shifts

Job criteria:

Education & experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Knowledge, skills, & abilities

• Ability to interact and communicate with customers, donors, and other team members.
• Ability to work in an environment consisting of odors, dust, and extreme fluctuations in temperature.
• Ability to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form.
• Knowledge of First Aid andsafety.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurancerequiredto drive an ESGWND vehicle or personal vehicle on company business.
