A well-established industrial repair organization is seeking a skilled and dependable Driveline Technician to join its Orlando team. This is a hands-on, shop-based role focused on rebuilding, repairing, and fabricating drivetrain components and related systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair driveline and auxiliary components
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
• Diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Ability to read and write in English
• Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components
• Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments
• Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches
